There are 11 universities in the UK that offer veterinary:
In your GCSES, you need to be aiming for 5 7's and above and we recommend at least a 7 in math's as well.
All of the universities ask for an A in biology and chemistry. Some ask for an A in your third subject however some are happy with a B.
However some of the universities do ask for A*AA.
Before applying, check the website of the university you are applying to check you are being predicted the grades they require. These grades may change slightly every year however 3 As is a good place to start working from.

Nope, as a vet you can work with a huge range of species. These can include cows, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, rabbits, exotic and aquatic animals.
